FALL Cheerleading 2008
Come and join in on
the fun this Fall.
Basic Cheer Prepares you for try-outs. This class will help you with Jr. High, High School and College try-outs. You will learn cheers, chants, jumps, motions and performance skills. There will be a mock try-out at the end of each class. We will also help you with your appearance, like what's in style, what to wear, hair and make-up.
Beginning Tumbling This beginner class is designed to introduce athletes to basic body positions for backbends, forward rolls, handstands, handstand forward rolls, cartwheels and round offs.
Intermediate Tumbling You must have mastered all the beginner skills in order to sign up for this class. The class includes conditioning, jumps, back handsprings, and round off back handsprings.
Elite Tumbling - (Invitation Only) This class is for conditioning, jumps, standing back tucks, round off back handspring (whip-backs, tucks, layouts and full twist).
Schools Help High School squads with stunting.
All-Star Cheerleading Performance and competitive teams. Mini Pee-wee's 2nd grade and under. Pee-wee's 4th grade and under. Youth 6th grade and under. Juniors 9th grade and under. Head coach will decide what teams they will be placed on. Teams maybe combined or divided at coach's discretion. All-Star Cheerleading Fees: Y-XTREME All-Star Cheerleading
