The goal of the Chilton County YMCA after school program is to promote a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. You can work without worry knowing that your child is in a safe, supervised environment with a well trained staff.
In addition to assistance with their homework, children from kindergarten and up will participate in age appropriate activities that include: Character Development, and active play. Children will also receive a healthy snack.

Staff
The Chilton County YMCA operates with a 1 to 15 staff to child ratio, further guaranteeing your after school choice is the best one for both you and your children.
Tutoring
This program is free to all school age children in Chilton County needing assistance with school work. Tutoring is made available through a grant from the Chilton County Board of Education. Please call the YMCA to set up an appointment with a tutor.
Financial Assistance
The Chilton County YMCA seeks to make its services available to all persons regardless of ability to pay. This financial assistance is possible thanks to YMCA Strong Kid's Campaign contributors. Please call 205-755-2382 for more information.
Looking for more fun? Sports Programs are available during after school hours. Consider enrolling in one of our sports programs such as soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, and karate.
A $25.00 registration fee is due at the time of registration. All after school fees must be paid in advanced. There is a $5.00 discount for each additional child. Registration is required.
After School Fees
YMCA Members $32.00 a week.
Non-Members $42.00 a week.

Holiday camps are available to accommodate your schedule and your children's need with full care from 6am - 6pm. Camps are also available to children who don't regularly participate in our after school program.
